Stage Machinery System
1. System Overview
Stage machinery is a general term for mechanical equipment used in various performance venues represented by theaters, directly or indirectly serving stage performance activities. Stage machinery can achieve rapid switching of scenery and props, form various stepped stages, participate in performances, produce various effects, hang and move lighting fixtures, and achieve multifunctional switching of the theater. It not only needs to provide conditions for the scenery and lighting, but also conforms to the habits, rhythm, movements, and various special effects of the performance. At the same time, it needs to provide visual and auditory conditions for the audience to enjoy the performance. It is an indispensable core equipment in modern theaters. There are many types of stage machinery, some with large strokes and some with large volumes, which are closely related to the theater architecture and are an organic part of the theater.
2. System Composition
1. Upper-stage machinery
Mechanical equipment set above the stage to suspend various scenery or actors, mainly including:Fire Curtain銆丳roscenium Curtain Machinery銆丮ovable proscenium arches銆丒lectrical fly bar銆 Point hoist銆丳erformer flying systems銆丩ighting bridge銆丼ide lighting basket銆丼ide lighting bar銆 Lighting bar銆丼cene changing curtain銆丩ift screen frame銆丄coustic shell, etc.
2. Under-stage machinery
Mechanical equipment set on and below the stage surface for moving scenery, lighting fixtures, actors, or changing the shape and form of the stage, mainly including: music pool lifting railing, music pool lifting platform, stage lifting platform, compensating lifting platform, auxiliary lifting platform, actor lifting trolley, platform, telescopic platform, turntable, flipping platform, scenic lifting platform, safety protection door, mobile lighting rack, etc.
3. Stage machine control equipment
Including the machine electrical & control systems on stage and the machine electrical &control systems off stage.
4. Stage Curtain System
Including front eave curtains, main curtains, gauze curtains, side curtains, side curtains, field curtains (second and third curtains), conference bottom curtains, sky curtains, curtains, etc.
3. Functions and Advantages
1. Safe and reliable
Safety indicators are the primary criteria for stage machinery design, and any type of stage machinery must be absolutely safe. By optimizing the process design of stage machinery, designing sufficient safety margins, adopting comprehensive safety protection devices, and setting up necessary backup and manual intervention systems, measures are taken to ensure the safety and reliability of stage machinery.
2. Appropriate speed and speed regulation performance
The use of AC frequency conversion technology enables stage machinery to achieve slow start and stop, while ensuring scene changing speed and performance effect, reducing inertia force, reducing noise, and increasing smoothness.
3. Flexibility and reproducibility of exercise and exercise program settings
It has sufficient positioning accuracy and synchronization accuracy, can adapt to the needs of rehearsal and stage installation, and can quickly modify motion modes and parameters and repeat them multiple times.
4. Simple and efficient operation control system
The PLC control system using fieldbus technology is stable, safe, and reliable, capable of real-time control of the motion parameters (speed, position) of controlled equipment to achieve random reproducibility of motion and motion programs. The control system can pre select equipment or equipment groups, pre select motion parameters (speed, active time, travel or position), and has functions such as memory, manual intervention, on-site modification and insertion, graphic and parameter display, and fault diagnosis.
5. Easy to maintain
Adopting a modular and standardized design, it is easy to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair.
4. Scope of application
Theaters, dance halls, sports venues, hotel cultural venues, cultural performances, conference halls, government lecture halls, college conference halls, etc.
